About the Role

LOAF, the artisanal bakery by BetterGreens, is looking for a dedicated Apprentice Bakers to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about baking, eager to learn modern and traditional techniques, and excited to grow within a high-quality, craft-driven bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production of breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie, and pastries.
  • Assist in mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
  • Follow recipes, technical instructions, and production schedules accurately.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are cleaned and organised at all times.
  • Help with inventory management, ingredient prep, and basic documentation.
  • Uphold LOAF’s values for quality, sustainability, and zero waste.
  • Take initiative in tasks and contribute to overall kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications

  • No formal baking experience required — passion and attitude matter most.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
