Key Responsibilities Support daily production of breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie, and pastries. Assist in mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking. Follow recipes, technical instructions, and production schedules accurately. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are cleaned and organised at all times. Help with inventory management, ingredient prep, and basic documentation.
