Apprentice Baker

You will be working for a newly set up Bakery and concept kitchen in Gurugram, Haryana. This chef-led, Fresh-produce-centric kitchen focuses on natural fermentation and preservation methods with a bakery that produces best-in-class Breads and Viennoiserie. Your responsibilities will include understanding the processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures. You will need to focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen. Managing ordering, stock, and dry store will be a part of your duties. Operating the kitchen equipment safely and responsibly is also crucial. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration or a Diploma in Bakery & Pastry would be beneficial. Skills in Baking, Sourdough Baking, Viennoiserie, Fermentation, and Salads are essential. In addition to the qualifications and skills, we are looking for individuals who possess honesty towards their work, discipline, and punctuality. Willingness to take ownership of tasks, ability to take constructive criticism positively, and being respectful and harmonious with fellow workers are non-negotiable qualities we seek.
