Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager at WOT, you will drive the brand’s voice and presence across all major platforms. You’ll develop and execute strategic campaigns, craft engaging content calendars, and analyze performance to ensure our clients stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and ability to spot trends will be key to growing communities and delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Build and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning.- Content Oversight: Plan, brief, and coordinate content creation including copy, visuals, reels, and stories ensuring high-quality and on-brand output.- Community Management: Engage with audiences, manage comments/messages, and foster meaningful conversations to grow vibrant online communities.- Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day posting, scheduling, and cross-platform promotions with consistent brand voice and timeliness.- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations.- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, copywriting, and paid media teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands: agency experience preferred.- Strong understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and best practices.- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and budget optimization.- Skilled in using analytics tools like Meta Business Suite to track performance and optimize strategies.- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for storytelling through digital media.
