Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute digital content strategies for brands managed by WebRangers, primarily in automobile, public health, policy advocacy, and hospitality sectors.

This role combines creative content planning, strategic execution, and performance analysis, ensuring each campaign is optimized for engagement, growth, and impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Plan, curate, and post content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, audience growth and share monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct brand audits and competitor benchmarking to refine social strategies.
  • Engage with communities through active comment moderation and audience interaction.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify campaign messages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely approvals, postings, and cross-platform consistency.


Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management and preferably in public health, automotive, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and digital storytelling.
  • Proficiency with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Planable, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting, visual communication, and campaign planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A data-driven mindset with attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with public health issues related to food, tobacco, and road safety is an advantage.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social listening tools.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights for improvement.
