To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Knowledge in influencer marketing, social media management, and campaign execution is essential, along with content creation and copywriting abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are valued, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. Prior experience or internships in influencer marketing, celebrity management, or brand collaborations would be advantageous.
