Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the digital campaigns of WRTM's public health-focused clients, for instance, tobacco control, road safety, health issues related to food. Thisrole combines social media strategy, content management, with the experience to use a data-driven approach for optimal reach, engagement and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with public health campaigns.
• Plan, curate, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor trends to create engaging and relevant content.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify campaign messages.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using key metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Handle community management, including responding to comments and messages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably for public health or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with public health issues related to food, tobacco, and road safety is a plus.
