Job Overview

Social Media Manager

This role requires strong coordination with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

Strategy & Planning

  • Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives
  • Creating monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and posting schedules
  • Identifying content opportunities based on trends, audience behavior, and platform insights

Content & Execution

  • Managing daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Writing captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions optimized for reach and engagement
  • Coordinating with designers and video teams to produce high-quality creatives and reels
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all social media assets

Community Management

  • Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Managing online reputation and audience interactions professionally
  • Escalating leads, queries, and feedback to the relevant internal teams

Performance & Reporting

  • Tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions
  • Analyzing insights to optimize content strategy and posting frequency
  • Preparing monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Trend & Platform Management

  • Staying updated with platform algorithm changes and new content formats
  • Researching competitors and industry benchmarks
  • Testing new ideas, formats, and engagement tactics


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2–3 years of experience

    in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of

    Instagram & Facebook algorithms

  • Experience in content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of

    Canva / Photoshop

    for basic design edits
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of paid social media ads (Meta Ads)
  • Knowledge of influencer collaboration and content amplification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
