Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
• Write engaging captions, and manage content calendars.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create compelling content.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize reach and engagement.

Skills Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
