Social Media Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent Social Media Manager with demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms. This role will contribute directly to the development, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition and brand-building campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to support campaign planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily social media operations, including content scheduling, page management, and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). (Not mandatory)
• 2+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital metrics, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with additional ad platforms such as TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
