About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.com (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat, and more.
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Set up and manage tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.) to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, etc.) in collaboration with the creative and design teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics to generate performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong online communities by actively engaging with users through comments, DMs, and other interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics, event tracking, and pixel setup.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing and content strategy is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
