About the Brand:

ThemCurves is an upcoming shapewear-integrated clothing brand focused on body confidence, comfort, and empowering women through stylish yet functional fashion. We’re preparing to launch in India and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Social Media Manager to help us grow our digital presence and community.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest using tools like

  Meta Business Suite

• Maintain a consistent, engaging posting calendar with aligned visuals and messaging

💡 Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars
• Generate content ideas aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, influencer campaigns, and audience preferences
• Use analytics to measure performance and optimize content

🤝 Influencer Marketing & Coordination

• Research, shortlist, and manage outreach to influencers for barter or paid collaborations
• Coordinate product shipments, content deadlines, and deliverables
• Track influencer performance and maintain a structured collaboration log

🎨 Graphic Design Support

• Create brand-aligned graphics for posts, stories, and promotions using

  Photoshop

  , or similar tools
• Assist with editing influencer content or creating promotional visuals from scratch

🎬 Basic Video Editing

• Edit short-form content using tools like

• Add transitions, branded text overlays, trending music, and optimize for Reels/TikToks

💬 Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely, brand-consistent tone
• Repost UGC, engage with community stories, and help foster a loyal audience base

🧰 Tools & Platform Experience Required:

• Social Media Scheduling

  : Meta Suite, Later, Planoly, Buffer

• Design

  : Canva (must-have), Photoshop (bonus)

• Video Editing

  : CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar

• Analytics

  : Instagram Insights, Meta Analytics, TikTok Analytics

• Content Collaboration

  : Google Sheets, Notion, Trello (for content calendars or influencer logs)

• Optional

  : Shopify product tagging, Pinterest scheduling (Tailwind), WhatsApp Business handling

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media
• Strong sense of visual style and brand alignment
• Knowledge of current trends in Reels, TikTok, fashion content, and UGC
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A proactive, reliable self-starter who can manage projects independently

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Experience with influencer platforms (Collabstr, Afluencer, Upfluence)
• Familiarity with basic paid promotions or boosting
• Exposure to affiliate marketing or creator tracking links
