Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will create and implement social media strategies, manage content calendars, oversee social media accounts, develop and optimize content for platforms, and engage with online audiences. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics to enhance social media presence, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current with industry trends to ensure effective communication and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Experience in Writing and crafting engaging, platform-specific content
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics
• Experience in managing B2B or consultancy-related social media accounts is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
