🧩 Role Overview

• Position

  : Part-Time Graphic Designer & Video Editor

• Location

  : Remote

• Hours

  : 25-30 hours/week (flexible) Starting from 9:00AM - 3:30PM

• Compensation

  : ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (depending on experience)

💼 Responsibilities

• Design brand-aligned social media creatives, campaign assets & promotional graphics
• Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, ads, behind-the-scenes, influencer content)
• Perform professional-level photo retouching and product manipulation
• Develop brand visuals for lookbooks, emailers, landing pages & ad creatives
• Work closely with the founder/content team to bring visual ideas to life

🛠️ Skills & Tools Required

• Adobe Photoshop

  – expert-level image editing, compositing, and graphic design

• Adobe Illustrator

  – vector design and branding elements

• Adobe Premiere Pro

  or

  Final Cut Pro

  – professional video editing for short-form content

• After Effects

  (preferred but not mandatory) – motion graphics and animation
• Strong understanding of

  visual hierarchy

  ,

  brand consistency

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong visual portfolio showcasing creative projects (especially in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to brand style and evolving creative direction
• Passionate about design, storytelling, and delivering impactful visual content
