Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: The Bear House HQ Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Director / Head of Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to develop and implement strong brand strategies, drive brand growth, and enhance brand equity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business results. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and implement brand strategies in line with company goals and market trends. Manage brand positioning to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis. Marketing Campaigns Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, TV, etc.). Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI. Product Management Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to align new products with brand standards. Support product launches with strong go-to-market strategies. Market & Consumer Insights Analyze consumer trends and market data to inform brand strategy. Conduct focus groups, surveys, and other research initiatives. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, sales, etc.) and external agencies Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms. Budget Management Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure cost-effective marketing execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related role Strong project management and leadership skills Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and execute effectively Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
