Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: MG Road Bangalore Job Type: Full Time Experience Level: Mid Level Department: Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an intuitive and engaging user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Design intuitive and engaging UI elements, interactions, and navigation structures. Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs. Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and UI components. Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards. Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve product experience. Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle). Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
