As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a Social Media Lead Manager who can strategize, create, and lead impactful campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and audience engagement across all platforms.


Role Overview:

The Social Media Lead Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances RegisterKaro’s brand identity, drives engagement, and supports business growth. This role requires a combination of creativity, leadership, and data-driven decision-making to manage the content creation team and oversee all aspects of social media marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and social media associates to deliver cohesive and engaging content across all platforms.

Content Oversight: Oversee ideation, production, and publishing of high-quality content including Reels, posts, and campaigns for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Brand Positioning: Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, followers, conversions) to evaluate success and optimize strategies.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the digital and social media landscape to ensure innovative content creation.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities to boost visibility and audience reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and business development teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall company goals.


Requirements:

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, brand management, or digital strategy (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment).

Skills:

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies.

Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Creativity: Proven ability to conceptualize innovative campaigns and visually compelling content.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret insights and adapt strategies accordingly.

On-Camera Presence (Preferred): Comfortable leading or appearing in brand-related video content
