We are hiring for one of the leading Education Company in Navi work from Office.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Work Location: Vashi
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for travel brands, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), or tour operators
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills

· 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing social media (For any brand is fine) for travel brands, DMCs, or tour operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

○ Build and implement platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) tailored to the travel niche.

○ Create monthly social calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, seasons, and destinations.

Content Creation:

○ Collaborate with the creative team to produce captivating content (posts, reels, stories, videos) that sparks travel inspiration

○ Source and amplify user-generated content from travelers and influencers.

Community Engagement:

○ Actively engage with our audience—responding to comments, messages, reviews, and travel queries.

○ Cultivate a vibrant online community of travelers and brand advocates.

Campaign Management:

○ Plan and execute destination and seasonal campaigns with measurable outcomes.

○ Work with performance marketers to align organic content with paid campaigns

Analytics & Optimization:

○ Monitor key metrics and report on performance with actionable insights

○ Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others to optimize content and engagement.

Trendspotting:

○ Keep a close eye on travel and social media trends to maintain a fresh and relevant brand voice.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for travel brands, DMCs, or tour operators.

● Proven portfolio with creative campaigns, high engagement posts, and travel storytelling.

● Strong writing skills with a flair for visual storytelling and travel narratives.

● Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

● Understanding of platform algorithms and social SEO.

● Ability to coordinate with internal teams, creators, and external partners (like influencers and travel vloggers).

Bonus if you have:

● A personal passion for travel and some globe-trotting stories of your own.
Experience handling influencer travel collaborations and trip takeovers.

● Basic video editing skills for Reels and Shorts.

● Crisis communication skills for managing real-time travel disruptions.
