We partner with corporates to deliver impactful training that drives performance and growth. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai (preferably female) and Delhi (any). The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years specifically selling corporate training programs to corporates in a B2B format. This role is for an individual contributor or someone seeking an individual contributor position. Key Responsibilities · Identify and target corporate clients to sell training programs, achieving sales targets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations. · Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the corporate training sector. · Conduct needs assessments with clients to propose customized training solutions. · Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. · Stay updated on industry trends to position Regenesys as a leader in corporate education. Qualifications and Experience · 8-10 years of total experience in corporate sales. · Minimum 5 years of experience selling corporate training programs to corporates in a B2B format. · Currently working in a role selling corporate training programs to corporates. · Must be an individual contributor or seeking an individual contributor role. · For Mumbai position: Must have strong connects and clients in the BFSI and Manufacturing industries, with proven experience in Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) programs, Leadership, and Tech training. · For Delhi position: Must have strong connects in IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, and IT industries. · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Location and Preferences Mumbai: Preferably female candidates with strong BFSI and Manufacturing industry connections. Delhi: Open to any candidates with strong IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, and IT industry connections. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
