• End-to-end social media planning, publishing & optimisation
• Managing official pages across Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Daily coordination with PR officials for approvals & metro announcements
• KPI reporting — reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, sentiment score
• Crisis support: monitoring complaints & ensuring timely digital responses
• Live coverage of events, launches, and operational updates
