Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll lead our brand presence across digital channels.

You’ll craft engaging stories, drive architect engagement, and execute campaigns that grow our visibility, following, and reputation as India’s design community leader.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and daily posts.

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content teams to create visually appealing and viral content.

• Engage with architects, designers, and homeowners through community posts and DMs.

• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns.

• Support influencer collaborations and event coverage (Inner Circle, Design Stories, etc.).

• Coordinate with SEO and PPC teams for integrated marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in lifestyle, design, or tech sectors.

• Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and ad management tools.

• Creative mindset with attention to design aesthetics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing or community building.

• Basic video editing/reel creation skills.

• Knowledge of design/interior industry trends.
