About The Role:

As a Social Media Manager at FashionTV, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our digital presence across platforms. This role demands a mix of creative vision, strategic thinking, and performance-driven execution. You will manage both B2B communication (partners, businesses, collaborators) and B2C storytelling (luxury lifestyle, fashion, and end consumers).


We are looking for someone with a strong background in marketing and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a marketing agency, who can scale our digital footprint and elevate brand engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy and Leadership

  • Own and drive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X).
  • Translate business objectives into impactful digital campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Lead brainstorming, campaign planning, and digital innovation initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of trends in fashion, luxury, and lifestyle to position FashionTV as a thought leader.

Content and Creative Direction

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content including reels, campaigns, stories, long-form videos, and collaborations.
  • Guide copywriting and creative teams to deliver compelling messaging with clear CTAs.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and aesthetics are consistent across platforms.
  • Supervise influencer and content creator partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.

Team and Project Management

  • Manage junior executives, freelancers, and creative partners to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and sales for integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee event coverage, launches, and live content activations.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Set KPIs and track performance including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Deliver detailed reports with insights, competitive benchmarking, and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns using platform analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.

Paid Campaigns and Growth

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Drive lead generation and brand awareness with a focus on ROI.
  • Manage budgets and performance reporting.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Agency background or experience handling multiple brands is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with a flair for storytelling.
  • Proficiency with analytics and ad management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong creative vision with a sharp visual sense and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Must be based in Mumbai (strictly on-site role).
