About the Role


We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager (3+ yrs exp) who can do more than just post. This role requires someone who knows how to listen, analyze, and act — turning consumer insights and competitor gaps into premium content and campaigns that scale Vitagoli’s presence across platforms.



Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute content calendars (reels, carousels, stories, UGC, campaigns).

• Maintain premium brand voice (Shine From Within) across all posts.

• Social Listening & Consumer Insights

• Use tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Trends, Amazon/Nykaa reviews) to understand what women are searching, saying, and struggling with.

• Translate insights into content angles, hooks, and campaigns.

• Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking

• Map competitor strategies across beauty/wellness.

• Identify gaps in content, engagement, and consumer conversation — create differentiated content for Vitagoli.

• Community Engagement

• Respond to comments/DMs with empathy and authority.

• Build shareable content formats (polls, quizzes, challenges).

• Analytics & Optimization

• Track weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions.

• Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and posting times.

• Scale what works, drop what doesn’t.



Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Marketing / Mass Comm / Digital Media (MBA/Digital Marketing certification a plus).

• Experience: 3+ years in social media for D2C / beauty / wellness brands.

• Hands-on with social media & listening tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

• Proven ability to scale organic growth + drive consumer engagement.

• Strong eye for aesthetics + ability to write premium, keyword-smart captions.
