Vitagoli & Magicine Pharma are seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media Head to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role is unique it combines brand leadership with personal branding, content creation, creative storytelling, and performance-driven strategy. You’ll manage all social media activity for two brands in wellness and pharma along with the personal social handles of the founders.
This role also includes managing shoots with videographers, coordinating influencer collaborations, and curating UGC to build trust and engagement with our growing community.
• Own and execute the social media strategy for Vitagoli (consumer wellness), Magicine Pharma (pharma/healthcare), and the founders’ personal social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Align content across brand vision, thought leadership, and personal storytelling.
• Plan and post founder-focused content including behind-the-scenes, thought pieces, public appearances, interviews, etc.
• Conceptualize and coordinate brand and founder video/photo shoots with in-house or external videographers and photographers.
• Lead content production from idea to execution—script writing, shoot planning, creative direction, and publishing.
• Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging across all content formats.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and wellness/medical professionals.
• Run end-to-end influencer campaigns—briefing, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
• Curate and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to boost credibility and community engagement.
• Engage actively with followers, customers, and communities across all platforms.
• Monitor and manage comments, DMs, and messages across both brand and founder accounts.
• Encourage community interaction through polls, Q&As, and live sessions.
• Develop performance-focused paid campaigns to boost visibility, conversions, and audience growth.
• Optimize paid social budgets, creative testing, and reporting for both product and personal branding.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze performance across all accounts—brand and personal.
• Share weekly and monthly reports with insights, wins, and optimizations.
• Keep an eye on trends, competitor movements, and industry shifts to guide strategy.
• 4+ years in social media or digital marketing with a strong portfolio across personal and brand management.
• Experience handling both wellness/FMCG and healthcare/pharma brands is a major plus.
• Comfortable working directly with founders/leadership to craft their voice online.
• Strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and audience behavior.
• Excellent coordination skills for shoots, influencer relations, and campaign timelines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and plugged into digital trends and pop culture.
