Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern for a 45-day internship to support our Human Resources team. This unpaid internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is ideal for candidates looking to build foundational experience in a corporate HR environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating accurate employee records and documentation. Screen CVs/resumes and help shortlist potential candidates. Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms. Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes. Help organize HR files, policy documents, and records. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events. Ensure HR practices align with company policies and compliance standards. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
