About the Role:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and others).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content — including posts, videos, stories, and reels — in alignment with the brand’s identity and communication goals.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to deliver visually appealing and consistent messaging.
  • Analyze audience behavior and insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics.
  • Manage social media calendars, track campaign performance, and prepare monthly analytics reports.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and external agencies to maximize content reach and visibility.
  • Run paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and monitor their ROI.
  • Brainstorm creative campaigns, contests, and interactive ideas that drive audience participation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on major social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital trends, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
  • Basic understanding of ad management platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
