Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Connection Design, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and achieve their marketing objectives. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to meet client objectives and drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,) for multiple clients.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, account management) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media channels effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (X years) working as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to changing priorities and client needs.
