Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute content strategies for high-growth personal brands and influencer accounts. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands audience behavior, and knows how to build a community through consistent and strategic content execution.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-backed social media strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Trend Research: Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, audio, and hooks relevant to the influencer's niche.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with editors, designers, and content creators to ensure a unified and on-brand voice across all platforms.
  • Content Scheduling & Publishing: Plan, schedule, and publish content daily across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Shorts.
  • Copywriting: Write platform-specific captions, select relevant hashtags, and add strong calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Community Growth: Explore growth tactics like collaborations, giveaways, and engagement with trending content.
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics including: Follower/Subscribers growth, Reach & impressions, Engagement rate, Retention, and click-through rate (CTR)
  • Collaborations & Outreach: Research and pitch collaborations with relevant influencers and handle shoutouts and co-creation.
  • Brand Deliverables: Ensure timely delivery and posting of sponsored content with proper tags and brand mentions.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively manage online reputation and handle negative publicity or brand-related crises professionally.

Key KPIs (Monthly Targets).

  • Follower/subscriber growth (platform-wise)
  • Engagement rate (likes + comments + shares).
  • Reach and impressions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
  • Proven track record working with influencers or creators.
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience managing accounts with 100K+ followers.
  • Past work with YouTubers, creators in finance or entertainment niches, or personal brands.
  • Skills in video scripting, performance analytics, or influencer marketing.
