Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across

  Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms

• Develop and maintain a

  content calendar

  aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
• Design

  graphics, reels, posts, and stories

  using Canva, CapCut, or other mobile/desktop editing tools.
• Write catchy copy, captions, and hooks tailored for different platforms.

• Define and execute a

  social media growth strategy

  to build brand awareness, increase followers, and drive traffic to the Carefone store.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest creative approaches to stand out.

• Identify, reach out, and manage relationships with

  influencers, creators, and collaborators

  relevant to mobile accessories and lifestyle niches.
• Plan and execute

  influencer-led campaigns

  to amplify reach and sales.
• Negotiate and track deliverables for creator partnerships.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build a

  loyal online community

  .
• Track, measure, and report

  key performance metrics

  (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Suggest data-backed improvements for better results.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in

  e-commerce or consumer brands

  ).
• Strong understanding of

  Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging social channels

  .
• Hands-on skills with design/editing tools like

  Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps

  .
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with

  influencer marketing

  and managing creator partnerships.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends.
• Self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks in a
