Google Ads

• Plan, run, and optimize

  Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns

• Manage Google Merchant Center

• Run remarketing campaigns and handle seasonal/ad hoc offers

Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads

• Launch and manage

  conversion-focused ad campaigns

  across Facebook and Instagram
• Work with the design/content team to create scroll-stopping creatives and ad copies
• Set up

  A/B tests

  , lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and retargeting workflows
• Optimize for purchase events and catalog sales

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform

  on-page and off-page SEO

  for Carefone and related brands
• Optimize product and collection pages, blogs, and site architecture
• Improve keyword rankings, page speed, and mobile performance
• Build backlinks, manage internal linking, and keep technical SEO in check

• 1–3 years experience

  in running Google and Meta Ads (preferably for eCommerce/D2C)
• Proven experience in

  SEO

  with tangible ranking improvements
• Solid understanding of

  eCommerce metrics

  like ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.
• Proficient with tools like

  Google Ads, GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs

• Hands-on with Shopify/Shopify SEO

  or other eCommerce CMS
• Strong analytical thinking, good with Excel/Sheets
• Bonus: Experience with

  email marketing flows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)

  is a plus
