About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, boosting engagement, and driving measurable growth through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, blogs).
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, ROI).
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.
  • Track competitors’ activities and adjust strategies to stay ahead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager/SMM Specialist (minimum 2–4 years).
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience in running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong visual sense and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
