About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Audit past accounts and present 6-month performance insights.
Plan, create, and manage
content calendars
across multiple brands.
Handle both in-house and client accounts (India & US).
Lead the
SMO team
and collaborate with designers and editors.
Create/oversee engaging content: reels, carousels, memes, stories, and ad creatives.
Track performance, analyze data, and deliver
monthly reports
.
Stay updated on the latest
social media trends, tools, and AI innovations
.

Skills & Tools Required:

Proficiency in
Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
(graphics + video editing).
Knowledge of social scheduling tools (
Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite
).
Strong
analytics and reporting
abilities.
Ability to adapt and manage
multiple brand tones
.
Creative mindset with trend-spotting skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Basic knowledge of
SEO & Paid Ads
.
Experience in
influencer collaborations
.
Ability to create
UGC-style content
.
