Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social media projects across multiple clients. This role involves direct client communication, managing a team of content creators and designers, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all social media campaigns and assets.

Key Responsibilities:Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client goals, brand voice, and target audience.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
• Collect client feedback and ensure it is implemented correctly.

Team Coordination:

• Assign tasks to social media executives, graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure high-quality output.
• Coordinate daily/weekly team meetings for progress tracking.

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and oversee social media content calendars.
• Ensure alignment with marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand tone.
• Stay updated on trends and suggest innovative ideas for engagement.

Project Management:

• Track progress of social media campaigns and deliverables using project management tools.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and that content is published as per schedule.
• Handle crisis management or urgent issues on social platforms when needed.

Performance Reporting:

• Analyze and report on engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
