The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital communication, content creation, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Handle day-to-day posting, community management, and real-time interaction with followers Monitor trends, industry updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creatives, campaigns, and content ideas Analyze and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) Assist in running paid ad campaigns and optimizing them for better results Respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly and professionally Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with campaigns or brand events Requirements: Proven experience in social media management (or similar internship experience) Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Hindi Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Knowledge of social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of brand voice Perks & Benefits: Exposure to live client projects Certificate of Experience (for internship roles) Opportunity to work with a creative and growing team Show more Show less
