Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

  Meta

  and

  Google Ads

  platforms
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend actionable insights
• Maintain and manage multiple client ad accounts with varying objectives and budgets
• Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics to ensure campaign success
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure ad alignment with brand goals
• Maintain regular communication with clients for performance updates, strategy discussion, and feedback
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1.5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency

• Hands-on experience managing ad budgets ranging from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs per month

• Proven expertise in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives (Leads, Sales, Traffic, etc.) and KPIs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred, not mandatory)

Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Salary is negotiable based on your skills, experience, and performance
