Position Overview

Social Media Management Executive


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement social media content calendars in alignment with client goals.
  • Plan and produce creative, engaging content (posts, stories, reels) tailored to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, voice, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to create high-quality visuals and videos for campaigns.

Community Management

  • Manage daily interactions across social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with online communities and influencers to encourage engagement.
  • Monitor brand reputation, addressing issues and moderating content where needed.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Create engaging ad copy and manage budget allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Create monthly performance reports for clients, outlining successes, trends, and recommendations.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and features to incorporate them into campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining influencer partnerships and campaigns.

Trend Monitoring & Implementation

  • Keep a close eye on emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Propose new strategies and content ideas based on current social media trends.


Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for each.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
  • Ability to create compelling written content and engage audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
