About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with political messaging and campaign goals
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure timely rollout of digital campaigns
• Monitor trends, online sentiment, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
• Plan and execute paid promotions to amplify reach and engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to guide strategy
• Crisis management and reputation monitoring in real-time
  

Requirements

• Minimum *3 years of proven experience* in social media management, preferably in political or issue-based campaigns
• Strong understanding of the Indian political landscape and voter behavior
• Expertise in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital marketing tools
• Ability to manage teams and work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus
