We design and deliver omnichannel digital support and engagement solutions, combining data-led content strategies with hands-on community management to drive brand affinity and lead generation. This is an on-site internship in India supporting the social media and content marketing function.

Social Media Marketing InternRole & Responsibilities

Support the creation and execution of an integrated social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
Produce platform-appropriate assets: static graphics, carousel posts and short-form video (reels/stories/shorts) using Canva and basic editing tools.
Schedule and publish content using social scheduling tools and ensure on-time delivery for campaigns and launches.
Monitor channels daily; respond to comments and messages, escalate feedback, and nurture community engagement to improve sentiment and response time.
Track social performance metrics, prepare concise weekly reports, and recommend optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Assist the marketing team with campaign ideation, asset sourcing, and light support for paid social setups when required.
