We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team in Mohali and help us enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Content Capture & Reels: Manage shooting and capturing content (photos & videos) for reels and posts to ensure fresh, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, contests, and collaborations to achieve marketing goals.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms to foster community engagement and build relationships with followers.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics and performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies and tactics to keep the company’s social media presence current and competitive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Performance Goals: Achieve a minimum of 200 fresh followers per month on each page, increase engagement by more than 20% on each page, and generate at least 1 lead per page through organic social media marketing within 3 months of joining.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
