Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to manage the company’s social media presence, elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive community growth across platforms. This role works closely with the marketing team to develop content, execute campaigns, and analyze performance to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Community

  • Manage NeutraLeaf’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content — posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics aligned with brand voice.
  • Respond to comments, messages and foster community engagement in a timely, professional manner.

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Support the development and execution of social media strategy to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and implement organic and paid social campaigns that align with brand initiatives and product launches.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance using analytics tools (platform insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Provide regular KPI reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Collaboration

  • Work with the design/content team to create visuals and messaging that resonate with our audience.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer support for consistent brand messaging.

Trend & Brand Monitoring

  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes to innovate content and engagement strategies.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (ideally 1–3 years) managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social platforms and content tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and social media scheduling (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to tell compelling brand stories.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience with influencer collaborations or paid social ads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
