Role Overview:

The Social Media Executive will be the digital voice of the brands under Umbrella Aegis.

You’ll strategize, create, and execute ideas that drive engagement, growth, and storytelling across platforms.

You’ll work closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life and make every scroll count.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Develop and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative and design teams.

Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with each brand’s tone and goals.

Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.

Monitor social trends and use insights to inspire new, relevant content ideas.

Engage with communities: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly.

Coordinate influencer collaborations and campaign executions.

Plan and manage paid social media campaigns with basic ad knowledge.

Ensure all communications maintain visual and tone consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands/agencies.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and platform nuances.

Excellent copywriting and creative ideation skills.

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.

Analytical mindset — ability to interpret insights and optimize performance.

A creative thinker who’s always on top of memes, trends, and cultural shifts.
