Role Overview:

We are looking for a super-active, idea-driven, and performance-oriented Social Media Executive who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of social media strategies across brands, creating calendars, ensuring timely posting, reporting, and contributing to viral-worthy campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Content & Ideation
  1. Continuously track trends and bring fresh, viral content ideas to the table.
  2. Work closely with the creative team to plan & brainstorm innovative campaigns.
  3. Be the go-to person for reel, static, and story format ideation aligned with each brand’s tone.
Content Calendar & Posting
  • Create detailed monthly content calendars for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule & publish posts with proper hashtags, CTAs, and tags.
  • Ensure timely delivery and consistency in brand voice across all assets.
Performance & Analytics
  • Collaborate with the performance team to support basic paid campaign understanding (boosting, ad formats, targeting).
  • Monitor and track KPIs, engagement, reach, follower growth, and traffic.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
Coordination
  • Coordinate between internal teams (design, copy, performance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Be proactive in client communication for approvals and updates.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working at an agency managing multiple brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn trends & formats.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing, Meta Ads, and boosting.
  • Proficient in content calendar creation, post scheduling, and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for digital storytelling.
