🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing professional to manage our organisation’s online presence and support event-related activities. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating with vendors during events, and assisting with logistics and reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor trends, engagement, and analytics to improve reach and performance
Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, videos, and campaigns
Manage paid promotions and track performance metrics
Respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly

Events Support

Support planning and execution of events, promotions, and brand campaigns
Coordinate with vendors for stage setup, lighting, and sound
Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and on-ground activities
Track event-related expenses and vendor payments using Excel

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in social media management
Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
Strong written communication skills and good vocabulary
Understanding of social media tools, trends, and analytics
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Event management experience is an added advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours during events
