🚢 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Fleet Personnel (Shipping/Marine industry)
📍 Location: Mumbai, India
We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Fleet Personnel to lead end-to-end crewing operations and drive excellence across fleet.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Manage complete crewing functions including manning, planning, recruitment, and crew performance.
-Ensure compliance with statutory and flag state requirements.
-Coordinate with vessels, owners, and agents for smooth crew changes.
-Oversee budgeting, cost control, and support internal/external audits (TMSA, RPSL, DOC).
-Mentor and guide the crewing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
-Master Mariner or Chief Engineer (mandatory).
-Prior experience in crewing operations is highly desirable.
-Exposure to tankers, container vessels, or PCTC fleets preferred.
-Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
