Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence and digitally represent our vision of sustainable mobility and high-impact learning. You will be responsible for executing engaging campaigns, building online communities, and narrating our journey to a broad audience of students, tech enthusiasts, and eco-conscious citizens. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Content Development & Strategy Create engaging content around EV products, training courses, corporate programs, workshops, and student success stories. Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools; script and produce short-form videos, reels, and product explainers. Write clear and compelling captions, blog snippets, and promotional texts tailored to each platform. Social Media Management Handle daily operations of all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop and manage a social media calendar aligned with marketing, training batches, and product launch schedules. Post consistently to increase reach, awareness, and user interaction. Community Building Build an engaging online community among students, trainees, partners, and electric vehicle users. Respond to DMs, comments, and queries promptly, ensuring a positive brand reputation. Run polls, quizzes, contests, and giveaways to boost interaction. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics to monitor performance. Submit weekly/monthly reports showing growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and strategy. Paid Campaigns & Promotion Plan and run targeted paid ad campaigns to boost course admissions, job fair registrations, or product leads. Monitor ad performance, budget spending, and ROI. Industry Trend Monitoring Stay ahead of digital trends and apply them to Skyy Rider’s branding. Track competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with technical, design, and business development teams to gather accurate information and represent the brand authentically. Coordinate with the training team to share updates on new batches, workshops, certifications, and placement drives. Influencer/Brand Ambassador Partnerships Identify and reach out to influencers in the EV, education, or youth space. Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative posts for greater reach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or any relevant field. Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is a plus. Skills : Strong command over English; knowledge of Hindi/Odia is an added advantage. Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or any graphic/video editing tools. Knowledge of digital analytics and social ad campaign management.
