Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Noida Sector 62 (WFO)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of social media content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, relevant tools, and best practices, combined with the enthusiasm to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with the content team to design engaging and relevant social media posts, images, and videos.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Help in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media reporting tools.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but a strong interest and passion for social media marketing is a must.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both written and verbally.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content for diverse social media platforms.
• Understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), their features, and their best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools to create visuals for posts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
