Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple platforms while coordinating with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and graphics
• Develop monthly social media content calendars
• Track trends and create trending content
• Monitor and analyze page performance and analytics
• Run basic paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) — optional but preferred
• Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team
• Support in branding campaigns and promotions
• Suggest new ideas to improve reach and engagement

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of major platforms and their algorithms
• Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools
• Basic understanding of paid ads (preferred)
• Creative mindset with strong writing skills
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.)
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent content
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
