Job Description – Social Media Executive

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating content calendars, planning campaigns, and executing creative ideas that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow brand presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
• Create, manage, and execute monthly content calendars
• Develop fresh ideas, concepts, and social media strategies
• Coordinate and plan social media shoots (photo/video), with strong understanding of what works for each platform
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize content performance
• Analyze insights and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (no freshers)
• Strong knowledge of all social media platforms and their best practices
• Ability to develop ideas, campaigns, and strategies independently
• Experience in handling shoots (basic direction, planning, and execution)
• Good communication skills and a creative mindset
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
