Job Description: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer Team Leader to join our dynamic team and lead a group of skilled graphic designers in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual assets for our clients. As the Graphic Designer Team Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding your team to create compelling designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to understand client briefs, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements. Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Review and approve designs, ensuring they effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with the target audience. Manage workload distribution and project timelines to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of projects. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts for client projects. Qualifications: Proven experience of a minimum 3 years working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team of designers. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and provide constructive feedback. Experience working in an advertising agency or similar creative environment is preferred.
