Job Title: Advertising Specialist (ADS) Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for effective ad placements. 3. Manage and optimize paid media budgets to achieve maximum ROI. 4. Create compelling ad copies and visuals that align with brand guidelines. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine and enhance campaign performance. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall marketing goals. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative advertising strategies. 8. A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness. 9. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement. 10. Stay abreast of changes in advertising policies and guidelines across platforms. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns. 3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 5. Expertise in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others. 6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 7. Detail-oriented with a focus on results-driven strategies. 8. Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and algorithm changes. 9. Knowledge of SMO principles is a plus. 10. Certifications in relevant advertising platforms are advantageous.
